ONE MARKETPLACE, CONNECTED

One platform. Two connected workflows.

Advertisers create campaigns around places and contexts. Publishers make eligible venue screens available. Maghreb Display is the central control layer managing eligibility, pricing, review, delivery, validation, reporting, and financial records.

FOR ADVERTISERS

Build, launch, and measure a campaign.

Advertisers control the campaign objective, location, venue types, schedule, creative, and budget before submitting for review.

STEP 01

Create your workspace

Create an account, verify your email, and add the business information needed to own campaigns.

  • Account owner, business profile, billing profile, and account verification
  • Drafts and the dashboard are available immediately; extra verification may be needed for high-value or restricted campaigns

STEP 02

Set the campaign objective

Choose the outcome that gives the platform context for targeting, delivery, and reporting.

  • Brand awareness, local promotion, store visits, product launch, event promotion, or QR and app conversion
  • The selected objective guides locations, venue types, formats, and reporting metrics

STEP 03

Select where the campaign runs

Target cities, zones, neighbourhoods, or eligible H3 cells without exposing private venue details.

  • Choose a whole city, selected zones, neighbourhoods, custom H3 cells, or reuse saved targeting
  • Inventory availability, estimated reach, and confidence remain advertiser-safe and aggregated

STEP 04

Choose the audience context

Match the campaign with the venue environments where the message makes sense.

  • Cafés, restaurants, gyms, retail, beauty salons, clinics, hotels, and entertainment venues
  • Standard, Premium, or Elite inventory requests remove unavailable, suspended, non-billable, or policy-incompatible screens

STEP 05

Choose when the campaign runs

Set dates, days, time windows, and pacing that work with real venue availability.

  • Morning, lunch, afternoon, evening, or custom windows with even, fast, or as-soon-as-possible pacing
  • The plan compares opening hours, current availability, demand, and delivery capacity

STEP 06

Upload and review the creative

Add image, animated, video, or QR assets and follow a clear technical and policy review path.

  • Upload → technical checks → policy review → approved, changes requested, restricted, or rejected
  • Creative versions are tracked separately from campaign approval

STEP 07

Set the campaign budget

Use the estimate to choose a campaign total and delivery package before submitting.

  • Estimate considers target, venue types, schedule, format, demand, and inventory quality
  • Budget is reserved when submitted; it is not consumed simply because a draft was created

STEP 08

Review and submit

Confirm the campaign is complete and ready for campaign and creative review.

  • Targeting availability, schedule validity, creative readiness, wallet balance, estimate, and terms are checked
  • If changes are needed, the returned section and reason are clear

STEP 09

Campaign delivery begins

Approved campaigns are scheduled across eligible screens based on target, pacing, availability, health, and budget.

  • A screen may leave eligibility because of health, venue conditions, policy, maintenance, or capacity
  • Delivery plans adapt without exposing device identifiers or private venue data

STEP 10

Track validated performance

Follow spend, validated plays, estimated impressions, CPM, completion, geography, venue types, and creative performance.

  • Scheduled plays ≠ reported plays ≠ validated plays ≠ billable plays
  • The report distinguishes each state so performance and spend remain understandable

FAQ

Questions about the network.

What is a validated play?

A validated play is a reported playback event that passes the platform checks required for delivery to be eligible for billing and publisher earnings.

How does Maghreb Display calculate campaign pricing?

An estimate reflects the selected target, venue context, schedule, format, demand, and inventory quality. The approved pricing snapshot is preserved when the campaign is submitted.

Can advertisers choose exact venues?

Advertisers work with city, zone, neighbourhood, venue-type, and eligible-inventory context. Private venue and device details stay protected unless sharing is explicitly appropriate.

What happens when a screen goes offline?

That screen can leave eligibility while the delivery plan adapts to available, healthy inventory. Reporting keeps planned and validated delivery distinct.

Why does a campaign need review?

Review checks campaign readiness, technical requirements, content policy, targeting, budget, and eligible inventory before delivery begins.

What happens when a creative is rejected?

The creative status explains whether changes are requested, restrictions apply, or the asset cannot be approved. The campaign can be updated and reviewed again.

When is campaign budget reserved?

A budget is reserved after a complete campaign is submitted for review. It is not consumed merely because a campaign draft exists.

What happens to unused campaign budget?

Unused budget stays distinct from validated, billable delivery and is handled according to the campaign and account financial records.

When do publisher earnings become available?

Earnings become available only after eligible validated delivery passes the relevant financial and payout checks.

Can publishers block content categories?

Yes. Venue controls can restrict categories such as alcohol, gambling, politics, medical claims, competitors, religion, and custom restrictions.

How long does publisher approval take?

Approval depends on the completeness of business, venue, screen, technical, legal, and payout verification. Maghreb Display does not promise a public fixed approval time.

Can one account be both advertiser and publisher?

The workflows are connected but have different verification and operational requirements. The appropriate workspace can be created for each role.
